What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop client-facing documentation for solutions and services provided by the Consumer Engagement business unit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation
- Maintain documentation standards and formats for user guides, release notes, help files, and other materials
- Create communication materials for both internal teams and clients regarding updates and changes
- Gather feedback from users to ensure documentation is clear and comprehensive
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical, functional, and user-facing writing
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in designing and testing web applications
- Knowledge of management content design and technical documentation formatting
- Familiarity with quality measures in healthcare
