What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, develop, and edit Functional Release Notes for Product Management
- Conduct interviews and attend internal meetings with Product Managers to gather relevant information
- Communicate effectively with PM/POs to ensure alignment with customer and deliverable expectations
- Research and translate technical information into accessible documentation
- Produce Release Notes that conform to company documentation and quality assurance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Ability to research and simplify complex technical information
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality deliverables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- French speaker preferred, particularly Canadian French
- Experience with documentation processes in a technical environment
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards for documentation
- Ability to recommend formats that meet technical and customer requirements
- Previous involvement in the review process of translated documentation
