What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support project management documentation requirements and prepare presentations for users and stakeholders
- Create and standardize documentation for various programs and technical publications
- Gather technical information and coordinate the layout and organization of manuals
- Research and compile development and engineering information for documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to produce high-quality content

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in English, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in an Agile Scrum environment writing technical documentation
- Proven experience in developing user guides, integration guides, and other technical documentation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other word processing applications

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and technology practices
