      Responsibilities

      • Exhibits DevOps and Agile mindset where team is accountable for product from inception to sunset, and demonstrates a growth mindset
      • Develops and analyzes functional specifications, and partners with engineers to build and implement technology solutions
      • Assists the product leader with defining the user stories, and owns non-development stories
      • Works in collaboration with product team, leads and stakeholders to understand, analyze, document, and communicate requirements aligning to the product objective, vision, and strategy; uses outcomes as measures of success and value delivery
      • Provides product and/or process knowledge to support design, development, testing and execution of solutions
      • Ensures work and/or the work of their teams complies with enterprise policies and standards within their domain of expertise and area of responsibilities
      • Identifies, manages, and facilitates the resolution of risks, issues, and defects
      • Provides support for problem and issue resolution and provides consultation and direction to business and department partners

      Qualifications

      • Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form, as well as work well in a team environment (virtual and in person).
      • Candidates will need to be proficient in the following technologies as well:
        • Sharepoint
        • Adobe
        • Camtasia
        • VideoScribe
        • NVDA
      • Ability to research, analyze and be curious in working to resolve issues.
      • Ability to run queries and utilize tools to analyze/repair data issues.
      • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little direction from the leader.

      HYBRID: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.
      HUB LOCATIONS: Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ; or Bloomington, IL
