What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct needs analysis with business customers to create quality technical solutions
- Ensure solutions align with internal tooling, business strategies, and comply with departmental standards
- Manage timeframes for designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams
- Participate in systems and acceptance testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in relevant fields such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at the time of application

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards a 4-year undergraduate degree is preferred
- Basic knowledge of business analysis and process modeling is preferred
- Exposure to Agile methodologies is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred
- Previous analyst internship experience within the past 12 months is preferred
