What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct needs analysis with business customers to create quality technical solutions
- Ensure solutions align with internal tools and comply with departmental standards
- Manage timeframes for designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams
- Participate in systems and acceptance testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and during the internship
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and redesign
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, specifically Scaled Agile (SAFe)
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
