What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess client needs and operational requirements to recommend technology solutions for EOC and NOC environments
- Conduct analyses of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Develop and deliver training programs for client staff on new technologies and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, focusing on EOC and NOC environments
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, communication systems, and data center technologies
- Proven track record of designing and implementing technology solutions for mission-critical operations centers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery planning
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate complex projects
