What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard and train Retail teammates on various applications and platforms
- Deliver training through virtual instructor-led sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training
- Assess training needs by engaging with teammates and reviewing performance data
- Collaborate with the team to enhance training strategies and optimize processes
- Develop training materials and tools based on research and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience educating adult learners
- At least 1 year of experience with MS Dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in planning, developing, and implementing communication and education programs
- Ability to travel 0-60%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience with Benefits Account Management (BAM)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficient with all Office 365 products
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty and/or Employee Benefit coverage and processes
- Prior experience in insurance management system training
