      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Onboard and train Retail teammates on various applications and platforms
      - Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one support
      - Assess training needs through observation and communication with teammates and Team Leaders
      - Continuously improve training strategies by exploring new approaches and techniques
      - Develop training materials and tools based on research and collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience educating adult learners
      - At least 1 year of experience with MS Dynamics
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Ability to travel 0-60%
      - Experience in planning, developing, and implementing communication and education programs/materials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of experience with Benefits Account Management (BAM)
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
      - Proficient with all Office 365 products
      - Knowledge of P&C and/or Employee Benefit coverage and processes
      - Prior experience in insurance management system training
