What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor junior team members and lead large-scale initiatives across the organization
- Engage and collaborate with senior leadership on critical decision-making
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and standards, aligning them with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Participate in audits and regulatory reviews related to technology governance and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps and implement corrective actions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- Strong understanding of technology risk management, IT controls, and governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and risk management tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certifications such as CISA or CGEIT are a plus
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
