What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in analysis, requirements definition, and data validation for data integrations within the registrar's purview
- Collaborate with departments to document and communicate data requests to the Office of Information Technology (OIT)
- Update and enhance reporting system data models in coordination with the OIT Information Delivery team
- Serve as a backup for the IT support specialist and provide support for existing or new reports
- Troubleshoot technology-related issues for the Office of the University Registrar staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various university departments
- Ability to work within established hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
