- Proven Change Management success with expertise in relevant principles and methodologies
- Exposure to a wide breadth of Technology experience, including cloud migrations and software development
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in project and initiative management
- Exceptional active listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
