- Responsible for one or more Product (s), including the short and long term roadmap for the product area
- Working with the engineering team to translate user needs into development requirements that drive impact for the business
- Identifying user needs through various methods of research (quantitative, qualitative, desk research, benchmarking)
- Responsible for data analysis, experimentation, and reporting on your product to drive changes and improvements to the user experience
- Building business cases and supporting business models to be able to understand and explain the impact of team on the wider business
- Serving as the product team’s primary contact for information, working prioritization, and decision-making
- Working independently to complete most of the tasks and seek for support from senior colleagues in unique scenarios
- Networking on operational, managerial and strategic level predominantly within own track
- Using UAT and ATF to create the best product fit for customer
- Working with the team to establish tactical delivery methodology (e.g. scrum, kanban, hours, points, etc) and execute on the plans
- 5+ years of product management experience with ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL Framework
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB
- Experience implementing and managing the following products: Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Universal Request, Request Management, Service Level Management, Walk-up Experience, Dashboard & Reports, Portal & Mobile Apps, Performance Analytics and Virtual Agent
- Desirable ServiceNow CSA and ITSM CIS certifications
- Java and Java Scripting knowledge is a plus

ServiceNow is the foundation for digital workflows, connecting people, functions, and systems across our organization. The ServiceNow Platform Team builds and implements digital workflows and scales them across the enterprise with a low-code SaaS platform.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Product Manager in the ServiceNow Platform Team you will implement products based on user needs and the company's product strategy and vision. You will actively drive the product strategy and direction for the product area by deeply understanding user needs and by working closely with other product managers, engineers, architects, developers and analysts.
We expect that you will be deeply committed to solving user pain points and identifying opportunities to improve their experience. Collecting data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intelligence, or other business metrics. You will be:
