What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research technical product information and conduct job site inspections to assess existing conditions
- Design, coordinate, and engineer systems across various disciplines including telecom, security, network, and audiovisual
- Prepare drawings, specifications, contract documents, and design calculations utilizing Revit and AutoCAD
- Provide support to the team by developing tools, improving processes, and sharing technical knowledge
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings related to team, discipline, and project progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autodesk (AutoCAD and Revit), and Bluebeam Studio
- BS in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-15 years of experience as a Technology Project Manager in Technology Engineering for telecommunication systems or electronic security systems
- Excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of California Building Codes and National Electrical Codes
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in Technology Engineering
- EIT/PE License or demonstrated progress toward these goals
- Relevant certifications such as CTS (AVIXA) or APP (ASIS)
- Experience with electronic security and/or audiovisual systems, as well as other technology systems (e.g., nurse call, WiFi, cellular, DAS)
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of design teams
