What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve technology helpdesk tickets from home office and store team members
- Troubleshoot issues related to internal systems, including e-commerce and Trendsend channels
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing of software development
- Monitor PCI compliance, security, and support technology infrastructure
- Conduct onboarding for new team members, including O365/G-Suite Administration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent work experience in Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years in a technical support, quality assurance, or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to enhance customer experience
- Experience with retail software systems or ERP
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
