What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide helpdesk field services, including supporting and troubleshooting onsite issues with Windows OS, printer hardware, computer hardware, desk phones, and AV equipment
- Manage helpdesk responsibilities, including answering phones, resolving phone-based helpdesk tickets, and tracking work progress
- Deploy equipment by entering inventory changes, preparing/imaging new equipment, and providing general training to team members
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all technology assets, including desktops, laptops, monitors, cell phones, and software keys
- Repair equipment as necessary and manage equipment disposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience working with personal computers in a networked environment, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of AV equipment troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
