What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform agency security access duties by managing access requests for agents and agency staff
- Serve as the primary contact for technology support, troubleshooting desktop and system issues
- Administer hardware and software updates and perform maintenance on PCs
- Train agents on new technology and oversee the rollout of new systems
- Maintain inventories of all hardware and software, managing requests through the agency ticketing system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
- Coursework/degree in Information Technology, or at least 1 year of experience in help desk support
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones
- Strong organization, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage defined timelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a business environment with technical support
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis within the territory
- Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment
