      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
      - Resolve technical problems, within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
      - Troubleshooting and issue resolution assistance with Client service and/or devices specific issues
      - Supporting customer needs related to Client specific high-speed internet services and devices
      - Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve customer issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Over 18 years of age
      - HS Diploma or equivalent
      - Comfort with desktop computer systems
      - Proven oral & written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and multi-task

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and computer terminology
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills
      - Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
      - Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
      - Clean and quiet workspace
