What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multi-state payor enrollment for all telehealth providers utilizing the employer's telehealth capabilities
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of payor enrollment processes for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare payors
- Build and sustain positive relationships with Telehealth Providers and regional payor enrollment partners
- Track and report on data related to lead processing times and identify potential risks
- Collaborate with team members to establish best practices and align expectations with regulatory and physician partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Social Science, Computer Science, Biological Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably with direct licensing and credentialing experience
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior administrators and professionals while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple requests efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as CPCS (upon hire)
- Certification as CPMSM (upon hire)
- Experience in telehealth practices
