What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Provider Network processes, including service line scheduling and onboarding coordination
- Collaborate with Sr. Operations Coordinators and Service Line Leadership
- Assist with event planning and administrative support tasks
- Work closely with Virtual Care & Digital Health physician panels
- Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of telehealth services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
- At least 2 years of related customer service experience in a healthcare environment
- 1 year of experience using Microsoft products
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
