Our patient-base is a diverse population with a mix of private, public, and uninsured patients. Our typical clinical scope includes urgent & a wide array of primary care as well as weight loss.

About You:

• You are an excellent communicator and are passionate about a great patient experience

• Trained or taught at a top institution - tier1/tier2 checked through US News and World Reports

• You have at least 6 state licenses unless you live in a compact state (IMLCC)

• If living in a compact state you must have 3 licenses or more

• You are willing to obtain additional state licenses if needed - covered by us! (upon addendum)

• You are Board Certified in either Internal or Family Medicine

• Currently a Medicare Participating Physician

• Ability to work a combination of Fridays through Mondays with other afternoon days as well

• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week

• Tech savvy
