What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the department supervisor in the daily operations of the Tele-observation Department
- Engage with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure virtual patient safety and observation needs are met
- Serve as a content and technology expert across all shifts
- Provide support for virtual care needs within the health system
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork among staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum one (1) year of patient care or medical office experience
- Minimum one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or telehealth environment
- Additional certifications related to healthcare or patient care
- Familiarity with virtual care technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights
