What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the healthcare system for virtual care needs, ensuring patient safety and quality metrics
- Follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to provide quality service
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance patient experience and care
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting patients with their telehealth needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of telehealth services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of medical, secretarial, or customer service work experience
- Technology-savvy with the ability to use various software and tools
- Strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor
- Ability to work part-time evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM

- Experience in a healthcare setting or telehealth services
- Additional certifications related to healthcare or customer service
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
