What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and implement health promotion and prevention interventions for oncology patients
- Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects while monitoring patient health
- Coordinate admission and discharge processes for oncology patients
- Provide patient education regarding oncology diagnoses and treatment plans
- Supervise and provide clinical oversight to nursing staff in the oncology unit

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current, unrestricted nursing license from a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification for acute care settings
- Minimum of 3 years of outpatient Hematology/Oncology experience and 2 years in Care Coordination/Case Management/Navigation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) is preferred
