- Utilize the iPatient app to guide patients through clinical and sales procedures
- Troubleshoot technical and tactical issues with remote sales processes
- Provide diagnostic, sales verification, or troubleshooting support as needed
- Recommend, monitor, and advise patients on the use of counseling tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Audiology Degree (Master's OR Au.D.)
- 3 years of retail dispensing experience
- Working knowledge of tele-hear practices and market trends
- Expertise in software systems including MS Office, Starkey programming software, and iPatient application
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in tele-hear services or related field
- Familiarity with innovative hearing technology and devices
