Job Description:

Electronics /Computer/IT Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in Telematics validation engineer

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Engine Fault code and J1939 Interaction

• Expert to use CAN Analyzer, PCAN Explorer or equivalent tools

• Expert in CAPL scripting

• Expert in using Engine Control Module (ECM) Flashing tools

• Experience in Handling of engine simulators, LAB equipment and simulation Harness for ECM

• Prepare and maintain setup for ECM and Engine simulation

• Knowledge about SQL database, API post

• Able to work closely with analysts, software engineering, and business users

• Enhances/extends test framework and processes for Telematics platform/applications

• Applies defined software quality best practices and procedures to design, influence, and drive software quality and testability

• Executes all components of product testing (functional, regression, end-to-end, performance and load testing)

• Participate in establishing project plans, estimating work, and monitoring progress against milestones.

• Communicate and coordinate testing with offshore and local teams

• Deliver Test results to development teams ensuring fixes are incorporated prior to scheduled releases

• Reports to Software Engineering Leader

• Preferred knowledge of Multi-Module /ECM.

• Preferred knowledge of Labview/Teststand

• Preferred knowledge of PTC INTEGRITY.

• Preferred experience with Hardware in loop (HIL) testing
