What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
- Utilize appropriate fundraising call structures and transition phrases as required
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Meet project goals and maintain efficiency metrics, including attendance and occupancy ratios

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must own a computer that meets system requirements, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions
- Must pass a background check
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and diction
- Ability to maintain stamina and enthusiasm during long calls
- Experience with multitasking and data entry while engaging with donors
- Emotional resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
