What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging during calls
- Utilize appropriate fundraising call structures and transition phrases
- Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy ratios and on-time performance
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must reside in the continental United States
- Must own a computer that meets system requirements, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for professional client interactions
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal articulation
- Experience in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain emotional resilience
- Familiarity with data entry and computer software for managing donor information
