What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and approved messaging during calls
- Utilize effective listening skills to respond appropriately to donor inquiries
- Meet project goals and efficiency metrics, including maintaining an occupancy ratio of 85%
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work full-time during the day, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must have a personal computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace for professional interactions
- Must pass a background check
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Strong communication skills with clear verbal articulation and effective listening abilities
- Experience in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
