What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
- Utilize appropriate fundraising call structure and transition phrases
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and respond effectively to callers
- Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy ratio and shift adherence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions
- Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
- Must pass a background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal articulation
- Experience in a performance-driven telemarketing or fundraising environment
- Demonstrated emotional resilience in handling rejection or challenging conversations
- Familiarity with data entry and basic computer skills
