What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow client-approved messaging and utilize proper call structures
- Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and shift adherence
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and react promptly to donor responses
- Accept coaching and maintain a professional appearance and behavior during calls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and own necessary equipment (computer, USB headset, web camera, wired internet)
- Must pass a background check
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
- High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus

- Experience in a performance-driven telemarketing or fundraising environment
- Familiarity with data entry and managing donor information
- Strong verbal communication skills with clarity and engaging tone
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus
