What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Utilize fundraising call structure and appropriate messaging
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and quick reaction to callers
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics
- Accept coaching and counseling with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday and every other Saturday
- Must work in the continental United States
- Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace
- Must pass a background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
