What is Required (Qualifications):

- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate a Windows environment
- Access to high-speed internet and dedicated workspace at home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BSN degree
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification
- Experience in ICU, Cardiology, or Critical Care
- Telephonic case management experience
- Knowledge of chronic medical diagnoses
