What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex research and develop program policy recommendations related to affordable housing and infrastructure funding
- Draft program guidelines, Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA), and funding applications
- Analyze programmatic and housing data to inform program design and implementation
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with staff and leadership
- Lead efforts in program design and implementation within the Climate Investments Branch

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Experience conducting research and analyzing programmatic and housing data
- Proven ability to draft policy documents and program guidelines
- Experience working collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interpreting and applying laws and regulations related to housing and community development
- Background in providing technical assistance in housing development or related fields
- Familiarity with climate-focused housing and transportation issues
- Experience planning and executing significant housing or community development projects
