      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and implement federally-funded Community Development Block Grant programs related to disaster recovery
      - Collaborate with local grantee programs and projects focused on community recovery
      - Prepare reports, policies, and procedures related to program activities
      - Manage project deadlines and deliverables effectively
      - Facilitate meetings and engage with internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in California for telework eligibility
      - Strong writing, organizational, and verbal communication skills
      - Experience in managing projects with deadlines and deliverables
      - Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements related to community development
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with community development projects, especially in disaster recovery or mitigation
      - Proficiency in common software applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Background in administering and developing grant programs
      - Skills in data management and systems development
      - Experience in customer service and community engagement
