What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Develop program and policy recommendations for consideration by executives

- Prepare materials such as policy briefs and presentations for diverse audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work independently with a high level of responsibility
- Experience conducting research and analysis in housing or related fields
- Familiarity with housing policies and programs, particularly fair housing initiatives
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with legislative or regulatory policy development
- Knowledge of regional and local planning processes related to housing
- Project management experience, particularly in leading teams and initiatives
- Familiarity with demographic trends and equity issues in housing
- Experience preparing technical assistance documents and policy analysis
