      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct high-level research and analysis on critical housing issues, including homelessness and public health
      - Develop policy recommendations for executive consideration and implement high-priority research initiatives
      - Serve as a liaison between the division and external stakeholders to build strategic research partnerships
      - Present research findings and policy recommendations to organizational leadership
      - Exercise political sensitivity in discussing complex and sensitive topics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience conducting data-driven research related to housing policy
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Proven ability to analyze, collect, and interpret data related to housing policy
      - Experience presenting research findings to leadership and diverse audiences
      - Knowledge of state and/or federal housing laws and policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with mixed methods research, including surveys and statistical analysis
      - Familiarity with project management or leading teams on special projects
      - Background in affordable housing, public lands, or transit-oriented development
