What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level subject-matter expertise on program design and implementation
- Research, collect, and analyze programmatic data to inform guidelines and NOFA development
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Prepare written briefs, reports, and presentations as required
- Conduct and participate in trainings, workshops, and webinars

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in managing high-profile or complex projects
- Knowledge of affordable housing finance and related legislation
- Ability to analyze and present policy and programmatic information related to multifamily housing
