What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pursue timely collections of cash and remittance details from sponsors/CROs
- Ensure regular and accurate cash application
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, balances, and discrepancies
- Perform systematic portfolio-wide reviews to capture missed invoiceable items
- Prepare study financial closeout reconciliations and support revenue recognition systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of accounting experience
- Required experience in accounts receivable, cash application, and client/vendor interaction
- Experience working in a clinical research/life sciences environment
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Experience with Sage Intacct and other ERPs
- Typing proficiency of 40+ wpm
- Well-developed interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in workloads
