What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from members to resolve issues and answer inquiries related to benefits and services
- Utilize judgment and available resources to provide reasonable solutions and alternatives
- Support member relationships by offering insights into specific product offerings
- Complete after-call support functions, including processing forms and maintaining logs
- Identify customer trends and escalate issues following company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of interactive customer service experience
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); bilingual in English and French for certain roles
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to use multiple platforms simultaneously
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with excellent spelling and grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or higher education
- Previous remote work experience
- Experience in call center, health insurance, or benefits sectors
