What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead recruitment, scheduling, training, and engagement of volunteers for various Society events
- Implement communication strategies to promote volunteer opportunities through multiple media channels
- Provide clear guidance and support to volunteers during events, ensuring a positive experience
- Cultivate relationships with key volunteers to enhance retention and engagement
- Ensure compliance with risk management requirements for all event volunteers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in volunteer management or event coordination
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel to various event locations as needed
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and social media platforms
- Commitment to the mission of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
