Job Description

- SAP - Monthly upload of salaried employee data (engagements, terminations, promotions, changes, absenteeism, injury stats, etc.);
- Support in ensuring that C&B policies and practices are in line with Group and local policies and practices.
- Ensure that T&D program support organization needs and are aimed to improve organization effectiveness, including systems of MBO and Performance Appraisal.
- Preparing employment equity report, and relevant BEE documentation and the development, implementation and monitoring of employment equity plan
- Monthly and daily PR creation and GR for (HR, H&S, finance, Environment, Procurement and Factory manager)
- Ordering of production, clinic, office stationery and canteen grocery
- Admin support for plant and HR manager (expense claim, car services)
- Office support – making sure our printers and coffee machines are working properly.
- Courier services for office and production (local and international)
- National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
- 2- 3 Years in HR, FMCG environment
- Knowledge of different HR Disciplines
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
- SAP/SAGE experience would be advantageous.
- HR Administration and Payroll
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Competency based profiling, screening, and interview techniques.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
