What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Medical Information support to the Neurology Core Medical team and ensure alignment with medical plans
- Create and update Medical Information content, ensuring scientific rigor and compassion
- Collaborate with call center staff to manage inquiries and escalations in the Neurology Therapeutic Area
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product knowledge, labeling, and relevant literature in neurology
- Support medical congresses, including staffing the Medical Information Booth and planning activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clinical advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, NP, PA, RN, MPH) with 5+ years of progressive experience in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of direct experience in Medical Information
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions including Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical
- Advanced knowledge of Medical Information processes and applicable industry regulations
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in rare disease and neurology
- Proficiency in medical writing and content creation
- Familiarity with Medical Information inquiry management systems and literature search engines
