      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a fiscal administrator providing financial management, reports, and high-level analytical support under the direction of the Finance Director
      - Support the Institute’s clinical finances and payroll processes, including rebalancing payroll for 113 staff members
      - Conduct financial analysis and reporting on account-funds, budgeting, projections, and month-end close functions
      - Maintain financial stability of endowment and award sponsors funds in compliance with university policies and procedures
      - Implement accounting and data management systems while collaborating with university and agency personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Clinical finance and payroll experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups, spreadsheets, and pivot tables
      - Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
      - 1-3 years of relevant experience, including fund management and contracts and grants experience
