What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately complete data entry of lists and review transcribed voice clips from mobile app software
- Communicate effectively with team members and Content Claims Specialists regarding data entry progress
- Adhere to workflow deadlines and document pertinent claim-related information
- Make necessary changes immediately following Quality Assurance reviews
- Maintain detailed work/time logs for all claims processed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Secondary School diploma
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet service and personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office/Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills in English
