- Maintain ongoing communication with team members and Content Claims Specialists regarding data entry progress
- Adhere to workflow deadlines and document pertinent claim-related information
- Make necessary changes after Quality Assurance reviews
- Submit detailed work/time logs daily for all claims processed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Secondary School diploma
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet service and personal computer or laptop running on Windows 10 or 11
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office/Outlook and accurate data editing
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently
