- Adhere to workflow deadlines and document pertinent claim-related information
- Make necessary changes following Quality Assurance reviews
- Submit detailed work/time logs daily for all claims processed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Secondary School diploma
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet service and personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office/Outlook
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
