      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and labor laws.
      - Provide guidance to managers on handling performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations in alignment with internal policies and labor laws.
      - Conduct thorough and confidential investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, or discrimination.
      - Develop and deliver training sessions on topics such as conflict resolution, workplace ethics, and compliance.
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases to mitigate risk and support decision-making.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred.
      - 3-5+ years of Administrative or Human Resources experience.
      - Must be available for occasional on-site meetings in Baltimore, MD.
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in complex problem solving and conflict resolution.
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO regulations.
      - Proficient in active listening and collaboration skills.
      - Ability to analyze trends in employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions.
      - Familiarity with training and development in workplace ethics and compliance.
