What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Senior Financial Analyst managing budgetary, accounting, and reporting functions
- Develop and recommend new policies and changes to existing procedures for compliance
- Coordinate the production and complex analysis of monthly financial reports for accounts with approximately $23 million in funding
- Conduct complex financial analysis for special projects, including contracts and grants
- Oversee the annual fiscal close process, providing strategic recommendations for financial activity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located within a commutable distance from the employer; onsite role
- 5-7 years of experience in complex financial analysis and multi-million-dollar budget management
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for financial analyses and report generation
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, devise solutions, and implement changes
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Kuali Financial System (KFS) and internal control practices
- Experience in developing new systems and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
