What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate high-volume and complex scheduling for Counseling Center services
- Monitor the flow of crisis care services to ensure timely support
- Process clinical documentation and verify eligibility for services
- Manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR) configuration and medical records coordination
- Oversee front desk operations and perform KFS transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Front desk experience in a medical setting
- 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
- Strong organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with students in a university setting
- Familiarity with processing University transactions such as KFS Disbursement Vouchers
- Knowledge of UC Policies and Procedures
- Experience in an academic, medical, or research setting
- Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
